We reserve the right to refuse or cancel personalised content that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Because personalised products are prepared specifically according to customer instructions, cancellation, modification, return, or refund options may be limited once production or preparation has begun.

7. Payment

We provide payment options through the payment methods available at checkout.

By completing a payment, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the amount payable for your order.

We do not intentionally store complete credit/debit card details or banking credentials on our own servers. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

For Cash on Delivery orders, where available, payment must be made according to the applicable delivery terms.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe displayed on the website or communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

9. Perishable Products and Storage

ChocoMedley products may contain handmade chocolates and other food items that can be affected by temperature and storage conditions.

Customers are responsible for following the storage instructions provided with the product.

We recommend storing chocolates appropriately and away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and strong odours.

Once a product has been successfully delivered, we cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, mishandling, or prolonged exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Because chocolates and other food products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted solely because a customer has changed their mind.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing item

  • A significantly defective product

please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, packaging information, or other evidence to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Personalised products may have additional restrictions because they are prepared specifically for the customer.

Any refund, replacement, or return will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and applicable law.

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered preparation, production, personalisation, packaging, or dispatch.

For personalised products, cancellation options may be particularly limited once personalisation work has begun.

Where a cancellation is accepted and payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.

All content available on the ChocoMedley website, including but not limited to:

  • Product photographs
